Shipping Policy

Our packages are shipped Monday through Friday via the USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail, UPS or through freight carriers for large packages.  Typically we need 2-5 days to produce your order, depending on our volume.  Standard delivery normally takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.  Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.

Need it faster?  Contact us and we will provide options and calculate any additional shipping costs, if applicable, to your location.  

Please add one day to shipping time frames during holidays as most carriers are closed.

US SHIPPING RATES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For shipments outside the continental USA, please contact us before purchasing.  We will calculate the shipping cost and make a custom order for you.

Customers are responsible for international duties, VAT, taxes, and refused shipping charges. 

TRACKING

Once an order has shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number.  Otherwise, we do our best to keep you up to date on where we are at in regards to the production process and estimated shipping time.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost packages. We will do our best to track a lost package and find it for you.  Please carefully verify your shipping to information.  

PACKAGING 

We use recycled and environmentally friendly materials whenever possible.
