RETURNS (in short)
If you don't absolutely love your candles, we accept returns. Please contact us within 30 days, letting us know you wish to return an item.
Proof of purchase is require.
Candle(s) returned must be in new and unused condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item is returned due to damage or a defect.
Because custom orders are made just for you, they are not returnable.
Buyer pays return shipping.
We put the utmost care into our candles and packaging. However, if you receive a candle that is damaged in shipping or defective, contact us within 7 days so we can contact the carrier.
